How to purchase a Vancrafted Studio piece?
We sell our one of a kind, handmade jewelry via monthly restocks. We set an exact date & time for when our website will be replenished with jewelry. You can find this date at any given time on our website and social media. When this date comes, and our shop update goes live our website will be restocked with a new collection of pieces available for purchase. All the items in a shop update will be previewed on our Instagram story in the days leading up to the release date. If you have a question about a certain piece please feel free to email us at vancraftedstudio@gmail.com . Items tend to sell quickly, & for that reason we strongly recommend setting an alarm & hopping right on when the collection goes live so that you don't miss out on what you've been eyeing.


Payments

Most major credit cards are accepted in my shop.

Shipping
Ready to ship pieces reserve a 7 day time frame from the date of payment where they will be shipped- even though it is highly likely that your jewelry will be shipped within the 24 hours after purchase.

Made-to-order pieces could take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment.

You will see if your purchase is 'made to order' or 'ready to ship' in the information within the listing.

I ship via USPS and will provide a tracking number to you.

Refunds
I will gladly repair free of charge anything that arrives at your door damaged from the mail. You pay shipping back and I will cover it back to you when it is fixed.
Refunds are at my discretion and have a 15 day time where I will consider them.

I cannot accommodate custom orders.
